Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to offer full refunds on orders that are canceled at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. If you cancel your order after this period, we cannot guarantee a refund as the preparation of your pizza might have already started.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a delivery and believe that the order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We will do our best to correct any mistakes by arranging for a replacement or providing an appropriate adjustment to your charge. We value your satisfaction and will ensure that you receive what you ordered.

Quality Concerns

Our pizzas are made to order using high-quality ingredients, and our goal is always to ensure you enjoy every bite. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your pizza, please contact us within 2 hours of your meal and provide details of your concern. We will work with you to understand the problem and may offer a full or partial refund, a discount on a future order, or a replacement, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

Any refunds granted will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. In the case of cash payments, arrangements will be made for a cash refund to be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for gift cards or promotional items. Additionally, delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has left our premises.

While we strive to ensure the highest level of service, BeyondBoundaries's liability for any error shall be limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control, such as traffic delays or inclement weather.
