'BeyondBoundaries' started with an aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Madrid. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, at first a humble, family-owned shop with recipes passed on for generations.
The founder, Marco Rossi, mastered the pizza craft on an expedition throughout Italy, observing the techniques of expert pizza chefs in Naples, where pizza originated. Coming back to the UK, the aim was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, valuing traditional practices and top-notch ingredients.
From a quaint 12-seat pizza shop, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, without compromising our promise of quality and authenticity. Using original wood-fired ovens, our dough is prepared freshly each day, and we source only premium ingredients.
Now 'BeyondBoundaries' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with a new generation at the helm of our devoted team. While modern techniques have been adopted, the core of our operations remains focused on producing delectable, genuine pizzas that unite our customers.
